Ordered and paid online. Thick blood, nose and skin wax, Universal makeup remover, stage blood, lipstick and a spray bottle. Everything was there no damages. The two lovely stuff women that were there. They were polite patient. They weren't pushy they didn't bug me at all they didn't try to force any sale items on me like a different place did. They had everything I needed for my cosplay for Comic Con Expo.

I attended a SFX workshop and had an amazing experience- the facilitator, Charlie, has a wonderful teaching style that brings warmth, humour, and fun to learning and practicing the SFX techniques. The teaching was approachable, interesting, and communicated very well, whether you are a novice learner like me, or have experience with SFX. I would highly recommend attending workshops at Don's Costume Shop and will be returning for more!

Always well stocked, this is one of my costume go-to places in the city. The staff are always helpful and pleasant, particularly when I had questions about prosthetics. The staff are enthusiastic about costumes and it shows.

Hey Calgary ! If you are a new makeup artist or advanced these are the class/workshops you wanna be attending! Very calm and actually fun environment to be in ! It’s not serious so please don’t feel like you need experience in order to attend :) EVERYONE working here is very patient and professional and are just awesome to learn from ! I can’t wait to attend my next workshops <3
