How about a mystery character that we surprise you with? So we will give you a couple clues... it is a Halloween themed character, and we have never done this type of character before in previous workshops. This is a fun character because it involves prosthetics, colouring, contouring all the skills you would need for a great makeup but we are going to offer a few different choices of prosthetic products etc. to make it interesting...also we will be doing some detail work we have not done before. The participants will be able to make their character unique.
This workshop will include the following procedures:
Application of prosthetics, blending edges and colouring.
Contouring with cream based makeups using sponges and brushes.
Proper powdering techniques.
Discussion of proper hygiene techniques as well as safe application and removal of products will be covered in detail.
Participants will apply all the above procedures to themselves or a model, intermittently, during the demonstration.
Please check on any potential allergy issues (latex for instance) prior to the class.
There will be a Special Mystery Make Up Gift drawn randomly at the end of the workshop for one of the participants!
