This is a messy workshop! You will be applying to your model a prosthetic slit throat. The slit throat will be hooked up to device that we will use to pump blood out of it at the end of the workshop.
This workshop will include the following procedures:
Application of a latex prosthetic, blending edges to create a seamless appearance
Colouring of the prosthetic.
Proper powdering techniques.
The finale of course will be the bleeding effect when we pump the blood out of the prosthetic.
Discussion of proper hygiene techniques as well as safe application and removal of products will be covered in detail.
Participant will apply all the above procedures to a model.
Make sure you check with your model on any allergies like latex.
Your model should be aware any clothing they wear could be stained despite the precautions we take... this includes under clothing and footwear.
This class is MESSY!!
There will be a Special Mystery Make Up Gift drawn randomly at the end of the workshop for one of the participants!
