The Hydrocolor line are bright, water activated, durable, comfortable, and easy to work with. They have dense pigmentation that provides you with maximum color, with a wax base that flows with movement instead of cracking. Hydrocolors are easy to apply, and are perfect for all of your artistic needs.
Hydrocolor makeup is smear resistant, comfortable and stays bright under normal circumstances. They are completely opaque and give great coverage.
