Reel Hair Palettes are created to either lighten hair or darken hair depending on the palette you choose. It provides quick, long lasting touch ups in hair, side burns, mustaches, eyebrows, etc. and can also be used for scalp shadow to conceal bald areas and give the hair a full bodied appearance. Reel Colors are water resistant and usually require little or no touch ups. Metallic highlights can help to eliminate flat and/or dark looking hair due to poor lighting conditions or film distortion.
Kit includes: Alcohol activated palette with ten colors, ten supplemental 0.5fl.oz/14ml bottles of liquid colors, 2fl.oz/59ml developer, spray cap, one small brush and instruction sheet.
Directions: Clean area prior to use to remove any dirt and oils. Activate palette with Reel Developer, 99% Isopropanol Alcohol or ISO-Gel. Do not use 70% alcohol, MEK, acetone, water or any other solvent. For a denser effect, use the accompanying liquid color to activate the corresponding color set. Use a Brush or Sponge to achieve the effect you want, liquid colors can also be used in an Airbrush. Lightly Powder once your effect has been achieved for an under-the-skin not on-the-skin look.
Removal: Use Super Solv, IPM-Gel, Remove-It All, Reel Developer or 99% alcohol soften and begin to dissolve Reel Color, be sure to allow time for the remover to do its job and do not scrub. Wash with soap and water to remove any residue. It is recommended to use a good Moisturiser after as the alcohol based products can dry skin.
